Learn to Earn Dayton is developing a shared vision for student success through a new initiative: Achieve 2035. Achieve 2035 is a plan to elevate and strengthen alignment among the amazing work that our community partners are doing to help advance key milestones for student success and improve outcomes for children, youth, and families across Montgomery County. The purpose of this survey is to ensure that we clearly identify existing assets, promising practices, partnership opportunities, and priorities, as well as any barriers to success. Community needs are ever-evolving, and this survey will help give us a clear snapshot of where we are now in 2026 so that we have a strong foundation from which to engage the community over the next several months as we co-design the vision for Achieve 2035 with you. Your responses will inform a shared roadmap for action. Individual responses will not be publicly attributed, but we encourage you to share your contact information at the end of the survey if you would like to hear about ongoing opportunities to help build the plan.
