This presentation will focus on Culturally Informed and Flexible Family Based Treatment for Adolescents (CIFFTA), a treatment that is evidence based and included in several lists of evidence based treatments. In this presentation, we describe the need for effective treatments for youth and families, some of the major challenges to the widespread acceptance, implementation and sustainment of adolescent evidence based treatments,and the ways in which our team has sought to address these challenges. We will present CIFFTA's adolescent and family treatment components, as well as an innovative online training and coaching platform.
