8.IGNITE – Lutheran Campus Ministry Survey 2011

Ignite, Lutheran Campus Ministry, is already at work preparing for the 2011-2012 school year. Each year we try to provide a combination of opportunities for your participation – weekly worship (and meal), weekly BYOB (Bring Your Own Brain) Bible study, social events and service activities. We would like to hear from you via this short survey to help in our planning to make the year as good as it can be.
1.Given the following opportunities, please indicate any of the following activities in which you would like to participate (check all that apply)
2.WORSHIP --

Each week Ignite offers worship services with communion. Please rank the time that would work best for you. (1= most preferred, 7 = least preferred)

Sunday – worship at 4:30 p.m. followed by home-cooked meal and fellowship
Sunday – worship at 6:30 p.m. followed by home-cooked meal and fellowship
Monday evening – worship at 9 p.m. followed by snacks and fellowship
Tuesday evening – worship at 7:30 p.m. followed by snacks and fellowship
Wednesday evening – worship at 6:30 followed by meal and fellowship
Thursday evening – worship at 6:30 followed by snacks and fellowship
Saturday morning – worship at 10 or 10:30 followed by brunch and fellowship
3.SOCIAL ACTIVITIES – Indoor

Once or twice a month Ignite plans activities just for fun. Please indicate any of the following INDOOR activities in which you would like to participate. Mark all that you would like.

Once or twice a month, Ignite students like to do some kind of service for others. Please indicate any of the following activities in which you would like to participate. Mark all that you would like. [Note: some of these might be followed by social gathering for snacks, etc.]
