Many people are feeling stretched thin right now. Busy. Tired. Disconnected. Going through the motions.

And yet, there’s often something deeper underneath it all. A quiet pull for meaning. A need to feel grounded. A desire to feel connected to yourself, to others or to something bigger.

To be clear, this isn’t about religion. It’s about being human.

For some, it shows up in nature. For others, in relationships, reflection, creativity, faith or simply a moment of stillness in a busy day.

Research shows that having a sense of meaning and connection can help protect against anxiety, depression, and burnout and strengthen our ability to move through hard things.
