CX Network is conducting research into the state of operational efficiency in the age of AI agents and automation for CX teams in the APAC region. We are asking our network members to anonymously answer the survey questions that will allow us to create a comprehensive benchmark of the standards, challenges and emerging best practices that are defining automation and the use of AI agents in CX.

*AI chatbots are like conversational flows/scripted bots, whereas AI agents are agentic/goal orientated bots. On the surface they are similar but under the hood they are built completely differently.
