Thank you for your interest in being a mentor through HAE’s Entrepreneur-in-Residence program (EiR).

HAE's EiR program brings together individuals with deep industry, investment, and/or entrepreneurial experience to help our community of entrepreneurs get to the next level. To participate in the EiR program you must be a paid member. To become a member, go to harvardae.org/join 

There are two mentor roles: 

1. Lead Mentors serve as the primary mentors for one accelerator company. Two Lead Mentors will be assigned to each company providing support, advice and counsel for the duration of the 11-week program. The anticipated commitment is ~ 1-2 hours a week. The HAE Accelerator '24 will start in September of '23.

2. Subject Matter Mentors offer subject-specific expertise (such as pricing, product-market-fit, etc) and serve on an 'on-call basis' both the Accelerator companies as well as the greater HAE community. The anticipated commitment is ~ 1-3 hours a month. 
This year’s EiR program has a few new opportunities for you to be involved:
o   Guest speaker for one of our topic-specific webinars or in-person events
o   Mentor Harvard students either interested in entrepreneurship or who are already on the journey. (opt-in)
o   Participate in our beta “Brainstorming” program (’23) where a core group of 3-5 EiRs lend their expertise via an intensive brainstorming session focused on solving a clearly defined business challenge for a founder.
