City of Centerville - Comprehensive Plan Update Survey - 2026

The City of Centerville in cooperation with Centerville's Planning & Zoning Board are working with Chariton Valley Planning & Development Council of Governments are preparing an update to the City of Centerville's Comprehensive Plan for 2027-2032.

The comprehensive plan is a strategic plan for the growth and development of the city. Part of the planning process includes a public opinion survey. Completing the following survey will help to identify strengths, weaknesses and desires in the community and what services are most important to local residents.

The following survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. No information that you provide will be used to identify you, this is completely anonymous.

You may complete this online survey once per computer. Paper copies of this survey are available at the Centerville City Hall or Chariton Valley Planning & Development office.
