Psychosocial hazards in Change

Psychosocial hazards refer to factors in the workplace that can have negative effects on an individual's mental, emotional, and social well-being. They are workplace conditions or situations that can cause stress, anxiety, or other psychological and social problems for employees which contributes to poorer change outcomes.  
 
This 10 minute workplace assessment explores four important areas to understand the current workplace hazards in change.  They are:
  • Workplace Support
  • Work Design
  • Workplace Experience
  • Work Environment
Please note throughout the survey the word workplace is used to simply mean the organisation you are paid by or put meaningful contributions towards. The word team is used to simply mean the people you spend most of your time working alongside.
