1. Introduction
LOOPS Evaluation Questionnaire:
Thank you for taking the time to complete the LOOPs Networks evaluation questionnaire.
We have tried to keep the questions to a minimum but are obviously keen to try to get some rich data from this work.
As a result, on page 2, question 3 will at first look like a nightmare but the majority of the information will be collected there. We do not expect that this will take more than about 4 minutes and there are instructions on that page.
If you are able to provide a case study about a service user who has benefited from the LOOPs networks or about ways in which your project has benefited from the LOOPs Networks we would be grateful to receive it.
