The organ offer process: Reduce the amount of time obtain a confirmed offer (e.g. offer filters, image sharing, virtual crossmatching, standardization of listing practices, etc.)

The organ transport process: Reduce the amount of time organs are in transit (e.g. organ tracking, drone transportation, etc.)

The organ acceptance process: Reduce the amount of time between first offer and the OR
