ESTRO Resilience Rooms is a new online ESTRO School course planned for 2027, focusing on resilience, professional wellbeing, psychologically safe peer exchange, and sustainable practice in radiation oncology. It aims to create a structured space for learning, reflection, and peer discussion around the pressures of clinical and academic practice.
