PCH Resident Review Survey

Our Resident Review team are scrutinising how PCH supports tenants with vulnerabilities. This could be you, someone who lives with you, a friend, neighbour, or a family member.

To help the review team understand people's experiences, we would like you to share some information that will help the review team identify areas where PCH may need to focus their support and improve our services to ensure that residents receive an equitable service.

Your feedback will give the Review team real experiences so that they can identify ways that PCH can improve their service to residents.

Don't miss the deadline - this survey will close at 11pm on Sunday 9th August, 2026.

If you would like to know more, need help completing this survey or would like to provide feedback, please feel free to call us on 0808 230 6500 or email ResidentInvolvement@pch.co.uk

What is a Vulnerability?

The Review team defines a vulnerability as:

'Any permanent or temporary impairment to your health, wellbeing or circumstances that has an impact on your ability to carry out day-to-day activities'.

We appreciate this can be defined in many ways in different situations, but have agreed on the above definition for the purpose of this review.
