Inquiry for graduating seniors

For graduating high school seniors, to inquire about their plans after graduation. And to find out if graduates would like to participate in Signing Day on May 18th.

Signing Day is an event where graduating seniors are presented with a certificate of congratulations as they "sign their acceptance letters" to their chosen college/university.

Please complete this survey by April 5th, as we want to make sure to include everyone who wants to participate in this event!
