Members must use this portal to notify CCC leadership if they would like to present and/or provide a demonstration during the upcoming members meeting. This is to request time on the agenda for topics related to a specific working/task group discussion or a CCC-relevant demonstration.
Recommended type of submissions include:
- Presentations of new material which will benefit from in-person interaction.
- Complex topics that would benefit from an in-person discussion.
- CCC-relevant demonstrations.
- The use of visual-oriented presentations (PPT, video, etc. ) are encouraged.
- Include time for Question & Answer in your request.
*Adopter members may attend the meeting and all the sessions, but Adopter membership level does not allow the submission of new material for consideration.
May 14 (Extended) - Deadline to notify of submission(s), presentation(s) and/or demonstration.
May 27 - Member submission(s), presentation(s), and/or demonstration confirmed by respective Working Group/Task Group Chairs or CCC Staff
June 1 - Agenda frozen: final agenda issued to all members
June 9 - Deadline to provide presentation materials
Important Information:
- Presentation time at face-to-face meetings is allocated by a queue developed on a first-come/first-served basis and is at the discretion of the group chairperson.
- Demonstration time is allocated by CCC Staff based on availability.
- If you are not able to provide the submission and/or presentation materials by the specified deadline, you will move to the back of the priority queue and may lose your presentation time.
- The Steering Committee will determine which Work Group or Task Group is the best fit for each submission.
- Demonstrations are subject to approval, based on venue capacity, and limited to CCC Certified Devices
