AWARD RULES: Nominees must be Gretna Chamber of Commerce members in good standing. Qualified business nominations will be shared with the public for community input.

Members may not win the same award more than once, and past award winners are not eligible for another award category for three years. Visit our website for a list of past award winners.

Current Chamber Board members are not eligible for individual awards; however, the businesses they represent remain eligible for business awards.

1.Business of the Year

The Business of the Year Award recognizes a Gretna Chamber business that has made a significant impact on our local economy and business community. This award honors a business that demonstrates leadership through its commitment to customers and employees, involvement in the community, and positive impact within its industry.

2.NEW Business of the Year

This award recognizes a new business that has been in business less than three years. The winner in this category should be considered a successful start-up that has laid the foundation for future growth and achievement by developing sound business strategies and practices.

3.Golden Gretna Business Award

Nominees must be a business established in the Gretna area for more than 10 years and demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, quality, and excellence.

4.Non-Profit Service Award

This nominee must be a Non-Profit member of the Gretna Chamber of Commerce in good standing. The winner should be a non-profit organization deserving of recognition for the programs or services that have made a difference in the lives of the Gretna area residents they serve.
