We would like to invite you to a gathering of the Early Learning professionals from throughout Oregon who serve our preschool, kindergarten and primary students. The conference is offered by Oregon ASCD and its Early Learning partners.

When: April 19, 2023, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with setup scheduled for the afternoon of April 18 
  
What: Oregon Early Learning Conference will provide sessions to support teachers, coordinators and principals with an interest in developing effective early learning programs, inclusive curriculum, learning environments, and teaching strategies.
  
Anticipated participants: 250 
  
There will be a limited number of opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors for this year's Oregon Early Learning Conference 2023. We need to receive your commitment by March 10.
 
Exhibitor tables (10 available):
Ten spaces are available: $750 per table, with introduction during opening keynote. Display space will include one 8-foot draped table, power and connectivity. Conference registration is free for up to two representatives per table.
 
Sponsorship opportunities:
Speaker reception, evening of April 18: $1,000
Continental breakfast, April 19: $750
Lunch keynote introduction, April 19: $1,000
