Welcome!
Organisations with greater strategic decision making maturity reliably make higher quality decisions and ultimately create more value. This short assessment (15 content questions) will measure the strategic decision making maturity of your organisation. For each question move the slider on the 5-point scale to the position that you feel most accurately represents the current position of your organisation. You are also welcome to complete the assessment to gauge your personal strategic decision making maturity.
For each completed assessment, we will send you a report that provides a measure of your strategic decision making maturity with respect to world-class and with respect to your peers. We will also offer some basic recommendations.
Your responses to this assessment will be kept confidential.
You have the option of completing as your view of your organisation’s maturity or of your own individual maturity in SDM. Please select that option in question 2. If you would like to answer on behalf of both, please submit the survey twice, using a different option each time.
