Note that CPD certificates will be issued electronically to learners that have successfully completed and passed the course assessments.

Certificates of attendance will be issued to all learners that attended the course and were not successful on the assessment.

CPD certificates are recognized by WISA, SACNASP and ECSA.

13. Terms and Conditions 

On completion and return of the registration form, full payment is required within seven (7) days from receipt of the invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse admission and withhold the awarding of CPD should payment not be received on time. Proof of payment or an official purchase order must be received prior to the training event.

Registration will only be validated if all required fees are paid prior to the event. Attendance will only be allowed upon presentation of proof of payment.

A submitted registration form is taken as a firm commitment to attend. In the event of non-attendance, the registered attendee will be held personally liable for payment of the full amount.

All Payments to be made payable to WISA.

All cancellations must be received in writing. No telephonic cancellations will be accepted. All cancellations must be received within 1 week of the event.  Should you fail to cancel in writing, and do not attend the event, you will still be liable to pay the whole fee as stipulated above.
