Routine HIV Screening Eligibility

Thank you for your interest in implementing routine HIV screening. PHIMC, through a grant from IDPH, is able to provide funding, training resources, and support to healthcare settings in specific zip codes of high HIV incidence to increase the availability of routine HIV screening services. Please complete the survey to determine if your healthcare setting is eligible.
