Community Forum – Provider Registration & Speaker EOI Survey

Thank you for your interest in participating in MAC’s Community Forum.

This is a forum-style community event, bringing together community members, families, carers and local service providers to share information, ask questions and connect around ageing, care and support.

Rather than individual provider stalls, participating organisations will be encouraged to engage with community members throughout the forum. A shared resource area will be available for brochures, flyers and other useful information.

A limited number of speaker opportunities will also be available as part of the forum program. Providers interested in attending can submit Expression of Interest through this form.
