Supporting Local Governments to develop, review and strengthen their LEMA

Thank you for your interest in the LEMA Masterclass. This two-day program is designed for Local Governments with Local Emergency Management Arrangements that are due or overdue for review. The focus is on helping participants make practical progress on their LEMA document set with dedicated time to work through key requirements and begin developing their documents.

This masterclass will be delivered at WALGA, located at 170 Railway Parade, West Leederville.

Following the masterclass, participants will take part in a three-month implementation support program, including monthly online sessions facilitated by WALGA. These sessions provide opportunities for peer learning, discussion of implementation challenges, and ongoing support as participants continue developing their LEMA documents.

This project acknowledges the funding of the Commonwealth Government and support from the WA State Emergency Management Committee.

Places are limited to 20 participants per session. Participation in the masterclass and implementation support program is fully funded, with attendees only required to contribute towards catering costs.
