St Xavier Parish Examen

Thank you for participating in our St Xavier Parish Examen.  We seek to gather responses to this question: "How are we doing as a Jesuit Parish?"  From the responses, after further reflection, we hope to make a few solid commitments about our parish life for the coming years.  The comments here will be shared with the parish staff, parish council, and Jesuit leadership in Chicago.

Below are questions in 5 different areas that make up a Jesuit Parish:  the faith that does justice; collaboration; Ignatian spirituality; liturgy, worship, and community life; and faith formation.  Please respond as best you can.  Your responses are anonymous, unless you choose to insert your name at the end.  We THANK YOU for your insights and participation.
