Variance Request
Specific guidelines for standard linear and perimeter, peninsula, and island booths can be found in the “Line of Sight and Height Regulations” section of this manual. If you have an unusual situation (live animals, automobiles, etc.), a booth not meeting the specified guidelines, or with structure exceeding maximum height, please complete and return this form by October 17, 2022.
Variance requests must be approved by Event Management and will only be accepted through this form. Once submitted you will receive an email confirming or denying your request from Operations Coordinator - Sadie Sauter ssauter@questex.com
NOTE: Variance Request Forms WILL NOT be accepted unless a diagram of your exhibit is included with your variance request form. You will be notified of approval or disapproval within 10 business days of Questex receiving the form.
