Cancer Screening and CervixCheck Competency Training Registration (May 5, 2026)

Tuesday, May 5, 2026 from 8:00am - 3:45pm
Winnipeg MB, In-person

Attendance for the entire training is required in order to receive a certificate of participation.

To proceed with this registration form, you need:
  1. Permission from your supervisor to attend (if applicable).
  2. A clinical preceptor for post-training consultation. (Note: those who record their own name as a preceptor on this form will not be eligible for the waitlist. You cannot serve as your own preceptor.)
ACCEPTANCE
Healthcare providers are accepted on a first come - first serve basis. You will receive a confirmation of your registration by email. If you have questions or concerns, contact Health Educator, Lesley Baldry at LBaldry@cancercare.mb.ca.
