Strategic Planning Survey

Our next three year plan of service will be presented to the community in September 2016. We have developed a Strategic Planning Committee, comprised of community representatives/stakeholders and held focus groups with Library staff, trustees, and committee members. Now, we need your voice!

Patron suggestions are the most important resources we have in determining what materials and services to offer at the East Greenbush Community Library. Your response will help us greatly in our planning process.

This survey has been developed in response to previous survey results, suggestions received over the past six months, and recommendations from our Strategic Planning Committee. Survey results will be added to the information already gathered to help us develop our three year strategic plan of service.
