Introduction

As you read the LMC 2024 Midterm Report Draft, please refer to the New ACCJC 2024 Standards as needed, Please complete and submit the form below by 5:00 p.m. April 18, 2024 so we can capture your input and incorporate it accordingly prior to the second read in the shared governance process.
1.For areas where the report is inadequate, what activities or attributes should be added to the narrative? Please include the section of the Midterm Report you think is most appropriate. Bullet points and short descriptions are fine for these suggestions.
2.Did you find any content in the draft that you felt was inaccurate? If so what and provide any corrective necessary.
3.Based on the draft narrative, is there any evidence that is missing? If so, please note the section number in the draft, the name of the evidence and the office/person that can be contacted to obtain said evidence.
