ONLINE SESSHIN DATES:
Commences: 2:00pm Saturday 31 October
Finishes: 12:00pm Tuesday 3 November
 

ARRANGEMENTS:
The arrangements for online sitting periods are outlined below. Please contact us if you would like further information or have any queries:
 
Saturday: A half-day online period, commencing at 2pm

Sunday & Monday: A two-hour online period in the early morning, and a further two-hour online period in the evening

Tuesday: A two-hour online period in the early morning, and a further two-hour online period concluding at midday. 
 
In between sitting online periods: Continuation of personal practice is encouraged through activities such as outdoor walking, mindful eating, or mindful household work. While silent practice is not compulsory, diversions from mindful practice are discouraged (eg. television, phones, novels) 
 
Daisan: Personal interviews with the teacher will be available by phone
