Rural Ottawa Youth Mental Health Check-In 2023

The Rural Ottawa Youth Mental Health Collective is a group of 13 agencies on a mission to help rural Ottawa youth (that's you!) feel more supported with their mental health. In 2021, we did a survey to gain an understanding of how rural youth were supported in their mental health. Two years later, we want to check-in and see if things have changed. 

This survey is meant for youth aged 12-24 and is 100% anonymous. No one will know how you answered the questions.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. We estimate it will take about 5-10 minutes to complete the survey.

At the end of the survey, you will be given the chance to enter a draw for one of twenty (20) $100 gift cards to your choice of shop or restaurant. The end of the survey contains details on how to enter. The draw is NOT connected to your survey answers.
