Assembly Scholarship Request Form 2022

United Methodist Women offers a limited number of scholarships to attend Assembly. The deadline to submit is December 1, 2021. You will be emailed a response by January 30, 2022. Please proceed with registering for Assembly and choose the pay via check option and then wait to hear from the committee before sending payment. Submitting an application does not guarantee funding.
