Secure your attendance at FedUni’s Business & Nursing Experience Day 2017!
For the first time at Federation University Berwick, we are offering students the opportunity to engage in a hands-on experience led by University staff – and talk to current students.
Our Experience Days will give students the chance to get involved in an interactive Higher Education experience on Campus. What's more, we're encouraging students to explore the campus and look at areas specific to the Faculty.
2017 Experience Day Schedule
Nursing and Community Services - what's included: an interactive look at nursing including areas like resuscitation and vital signs - Thursday 18th May
Business - what's included: Marketing, Finance, Accounting and Management workshops- Friday 19th May
Target audience
Year 11 and 12 students

To secure your schools participation please complete this quick online registration by Monday 8th May 2017. We have not placed a cap on numbers from each school, although spaces are limited.
We will be in touch shortly with more detailed information regarding this important event and to secure your session preferences, but if you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to contact Alisha Keyzer (details below).
Sample Timetable
10.00am – 10.15am: Introduction to day
10.15am – 10.55am: Activity - Rotation 1
10.55am – 11.35am: Activity - Rotation 2
11.35am – 12.15pm: Activity - Rotation 3
12.15pm – 12.45pm: Lunch (students to bring own lunch or purchase from cafeteria)
12.45am – 1.25pm: Activity - Rotation 4
1.25pm – 1.40pm: Career pathways discussion
1.40pm – 1.50pm: Q & A with current students
1.50pm – 2.00pm: Survey completion and wrap up
2.00pm: Students depart
Transport
Students and supervising teachers are required to make their own wat to the Campus for these activities. Please contact Alisha Keyzer on a.keyzer@federation.edu.au should your require a parking permit for the day.
Supervision at Federation University
There will be no listed supervisor supplied from Federation University Australia, this is the responsibility of the school.
We encourage career teachers and/or subject teachers to attend. There will be a networking lunch provided for teachers with Federation University academics with a PD record of attendance provided.
