Updates to the design from round one

The following areas of the design from round one have been updated following initial community feedback:

· Bonville Street (Between Bowra St and Bellingen St): Additional Parking and relocation of School Crossing

· Bonville Street Car Park: Minor layout improvements

· Morgo Street: Pedestrian crossing and parking alignment changes

· Library Open Space: Addition of new play space and layout improvements

· Minerva Lane (Rear of Library): Parking Improvements

· Bonville Street (south of Bowra St): Parking improvements

Parking

Feedback from the community has noted a desire to reduce parking loss where possible.

The current layout achieves 251 car spaces resulting from an initial 255, while still making room for improved streetscaping, pedestrian crossings and on street dining.

The designs also improve the location and layout of People with Disability (PWD) parking, provide additional caravan storage for Reflections check-in and seek to maximize parking at locations where it is most needed.


The survey closes on Sunday 26 July and will take about 10 minutes to complete.
