2025-26 Choose Snow Presentation Two Debrief

A discussion between child and parent/caregiver is an important prevention strategy and is required to assist us in confirming attendance at this second virtual event. Please complete by Friday November 14, 2025 so I can submit the list to Mount Snow on Monday. We will notify you when passes are available for pick up.

3.Have a short discussion with parents and child/children. Ideas:
What did you think of the presenter, what are some things that stood out to you? What is your take away from the presention? Etc.
4.Student/Students: What did you learn from the presentation? (If there is more than one student, please list answer as Student 1, Student 2, etc.).
5.Student/Students: Please share a highlight from your discussion with your parent or caregiver. (If there is more than one student, please list answer as Student 1, Student 2, etc.).
6.Parent/Caregiver: Please share a highlight from your discussion.
7.Parent: On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the best, how would you rate the presentation?
8.Student 1: On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the best, how would you rate the presentation?
9.Student 2: On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the best, how would you rate the presentation?
