2026 Children's Day Camp (Summer Recreation Program) Registration Form

This Registration Form is for Day Camp only.
The details for the 2026 Children’s Day Camp are below. Please contact Candace Seymour, Program Coordinator, at 258 5451 or candace@bishopsfalls.ca, if you have any questions.
(1) The hours are 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays (July 13, 31, and August 3, 2026).
(2) Day Camp will be divided into two groups. Group 1 will include those aged 4-6, and Group 2 will include those aged 7-9 (numbers permitting).
(3) Each week is divided into daily and special activities. The latter will have weekly themes (i.e., science, animals, the Exploits River, healthy eating, etc.) to ensure the program offers a variety of experiences.
(4) The fee is $100 per child/$150 per family.
(5) Day Camp begins on July 6, 2026, and concludes on August 14, 2026.
Note: Please note that your child must be turning 5 by December 31, 2026, to register. Additionally, if the child turns 10 in 2026, they are no longer eligible for Day Camp but can register for the Youth Recreation Program.

8.I hereby give consent to the Town of Bishop’s Falls to take, retain, use and disclose photographs, videos, images and/or names of children on the town website and/or town social media accounts for the purposes of informing others about the Town's recreation program and activities.
9.Town of Bishop’s Falls Program Waiver
 
I hereby release the Town of Bishop’s Falls and any partners or contracted service providers from any liability in case of injury resulting from such activities carried out as part of the Town’s Day Camp (Summer Recreation Program) and related activities.

Upon my signature, which I fix electronically below, I agree to adhere to the policies set by the Town and remember that the Day Camp (Summer Recreation Program) encourages fun and recreation, and is not to be viewed as a competitive program. I acknowledge that if a concern arises, I will voice it to the Program Coordinator in a respectful manner.

I also understand that safety is the most important aspect of Day Camp, so if an activity is moved inside due to rain, it may remain there for the rest of the day, even if the weather changes after the fact.(Required.)
10.The fees for the 2026 Children's Day Camp are as follows:

$100 for an individual registration.
$150 for a family registration.
