Thank you for your interest in the 12 Days of a Mindful Holiday Challenge.  The challenge will take place from Dec. 1-12, 2020.  The goal of the challenge is to provide some education to people on mindfulness and show them how it can help reduce stress and anxiety.  Please complete the registration questions below and submit.  You can register as a family or as an individual.  You will receive a welcome email shortly after you have registered with all relevant details for the challenge.
