The Journal of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Community Development (JAFSCD) announces the creation of a JAFSCD Editorial Board (JEB), replacing the advisory board that guided JAFSCD for its first 10 years. We are seeking candidates to help lead and advise this community-supported publication.

Our vision is to create a board with representatives from all states, provinces, tribal/Indigenous communities and territories in the U.S. and Canada, as well as representatives from as many non-North American countries as possible. We seek activist-scholars/scholar-activists, NGO leaders, and food system practitioners/researchers who are passionate about JAFSCD’s focus on diversity and inclusion, its practical and accessible scholarship, and in helping us grow the JAFSCD shareholder community

JAFSCD Editorial Board members receive:

* Title: “JAFSCD Editorial Board Member” (representing _X_ state, province, tribal/Indigenous community, territory, or country)
* Photo and bio on our website with a link to a website of your choice
* The opportunity to provide leadership to the world’s only community-supported journal
