If you are a teacher, we would love to share your photo and story in our social media campaign to champion the great work that teachers do!

First, we need to get a few permissions from you, and then you can upload your photo and tell us your story. Keep going - just a few pages and you'll be able to make your contribution!

We are so grateful for you taking the time to join this groundswell of positive news!

Project Description: The Teachers of Australia project aims to tell the stories of the great work and immense heart of teachers, with the purpose of championing the profession for the sake of teachers’ wellbeing and connectedness. Leveraging social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) the Teachers of Australia project will promote the profession by publishing photographs and stories of teachers and students. It is hoped that this endeavour will improve retention of teachers within the profession and attract high quality candidates to the profession, both of which will have positive on-flow effects for children’s learning.

This project has University of Sunshine Coast Ethics Approval A181174 and abides by the “National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human Research” and the USC Research Ethics Policy, Procedures and Guidelines.

By choosing to be involved in any part of the Teachers of Australia project, you are providing your consent for the data you provide to be used for research purposes, including related future research projects. Your identity will be known if you chose to participate in Part A. Your identity will not be made known in Parts B or C of this project. Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time.
