Scholarship Application: NOVA Campus Advocacy Training (NCAT) 2027

The National Organization for Victim Advocacy (NOVA) is dedicated to advancing the training and professionalization of victim advocates and allied professionals.

NOVA will award five need-based scholarships to attend the 30-hour NOVA's Campus Advocacy Training (NCAT), offered virtually through NOVA’s Learning Management System (LMS).


Training schedule and requirements
  • Dates: January 27–February 24, 2027
  • Live sessions: Wednesdays, 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
  • Independent learning: Participants must also review three asynchronous sessions on their own time.

8.NCAT meets on Wednesdays from January 27–February 24, 2027, from 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Participants must also watch three asynchronous sessions on their own time.

9.The NCAT attendance policy states that in order to receive a certificate of completion, students can miss up to two presentations but are required to make them up. It is the responsibility of the student to track their course progress and make up any needed session(s).
