This brief survey is developed by Ho-Chunk Housing and Community Development Agency (HHCDA). This survey is intended only for tribal members who are currently attending a post-secondary institution. The purpose of this survey is to collect data for HHCDA’s current post-secondary rental assistance program (a program that provides rental assistance to eligible households with an adult tribal member enrolled into a post-secondary institution). Currently the program requires that the household applying must have an adult living in the household who is enrolled into a post-secondary institution full-time. The data collected from this survey will help to determine if the program can be opened to part-time and/or students having to attend a post-secondary institution longer than 48 months.
