Please note the following items:
Set up is from 9:30am-10:45am, all cars MUST be out of the parking lot by 10:45 a.m.
You are responsible for your own set up and tear down
You are responsible for providing all needs such as tables, chairs, table tents, electricity, etc. there are no generators*
This event is for family/youth activities only, no sales are allowed
A map and booth number/location will be provided at least 1 week prior to the event
