Rules & Regulations

  1. All vehicles must adhere to venue parking requirements. Vehicles must remain parked in their designated parking area as determined by the parking attendant.
  2. Algoma Manor reserves the right to reassign designated parking areas as necessary
  3. vehicles can be parked backwards, and attendees may sit in the back of their vehicle. However, vehicle hatches must be tied down to the level of your roof if it blocks any vehicles or individuals of viewing.
  4. Leave your headlights and brake lights off during the movie. Vehicles with daytime running lights can usually be turned off by placing your vehicle into accessory mode or turning on your emergency brake. If your vehicle cannot turn their headlights off, please bring with your materials to cover the lights. Items that can be used are blankets, cardboard, duct tape, etc.
  5. Any vehicle that does not turn their lights off will be asked to leave the event without a refund.
  6. Attendees will not be permitted to sit atop their vehicles. This is a safety risk and prevents others from viewing the movie around you.
  7. Footwear must be worn at all times
  8. Be considerate of others around you. Excessive volume or bass will not be tolerated. If the issue persists, the attendee will be asked to leave without refund.
  9. Smoking is prohibited in the concession, washrooms, and 6 meters around doorways. It is also prohibited in the parking/movie viewing areas. Please use the designated smoking area, and if unsure where this is, please ask Algoma Manor staff to direct you.
  10. No alcohol or drugs are permitted. You will be asked to leave the property with no refund.
  11. All vehicles once parked must remain in their designated area until the end of the event. In case of emergency where a vehicle must leave, please inform Algoma Manor staff who will guide you to the appropriate exit.
  12. Algoma Manor and its employees assume NO RESPONSIBILITY for personal injury, property loss, or damage of any kind.
  13. Algoma Manor and its employees reserve the right to adopt or change any rule at any time, with or without notice, to best serve the safety of all those in attendance.
  14. Speed limit 5km.
  15. The sole responsibility of parents/guardians is to monitor and supervise any/all children under the age of 18. Children are not able to run unsupervised during the event.
  16. No laying on the ground at any time - unless you are in the designated lawn viewing area.
  17. Littering will not be permitted. Please place all garbage in the appropriate waste bins. If you are caught littering you may be asked to leave with no refund.
  18. Algoma Manor is not responsible for any items that are stolen, missing, or damaged.
  19. In the event of poor weather conditions, the movie will be rescheduled for another date and time.
  20. No animals are permitted to attend the event.
  21. Large RVs, campers, motorhomes, and semis will not be permitted.
  22. Algoma Manor will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the needs of individuals with disabilities. Please inform us of any accessible needs you may require at the time of ticket purchase.
  23. Concession items will be available for purchase during the time of the event. Concession will only accept cash. Concession will close 25-30 minutes prior to the end of the film.
