NIA, the City of Trenton, Panasia Estates (owner of the Mercer Hospital site), and planning firm Clarke Caton Hintz have partnered together for the Bellevue/Rutherford Redevelopment Project. The boundaries of the project are Marion Street to Elmhurst Avenue, and Bellevue Avenue to East Stuyvesant Avenue.

NIA’s primary goal is to ensure community, housing and economic development for Trenton residents and businesses. Your input throughout the process is vital to the success of this effort.
