feedback on the County Health Profiles

This survey has been created to gain your opinion of the county profiles 2015 - http://www.hse.ie/eng/services/list/5/publichealth/publichealthdepts/pub/profiles.html - the production of which is a key action from the Healthy Ireland strategy.

It consists of ten short questions which will help us understand how you intend to use the profiles, what you find most/least useful about them, as well as help us identify new data sources we might not be aware of. It should take you 2-3 minutes to complete the survey and the survey is completely anonymous.
Please feel free to circulate the survey more widely inside and outside of the HSE (e.g. local authorities, academia etc.) as we would value input from as many sources as possible.
