The Downtown Minneapolis Neighborhood Association (DMNA), in partnership with the City of Minneapolis Community Planning and Economic Development Department, is exploring ideas for an interim or temporary use for the currently vacant lot at 800 Washington Avenue until such time that the city receives an optimal development proposal.
