APPLICATION INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in the Fall 2020 NAPAA Scholarship.

Before completing the form, review the rules and regulations here.

Please be prepared to upload the following items to this form:

Essay Response (saved as PDF) approximately 500 words on the topic, “Who has had the most influence on your life? Why?”
Resume (saved as PDF) The resume should not exceed two pages in length and, at a minimum, should contain the following information: entrant’s name, address, phone number, educational information (including high school attended), subjects emphasized throughout entrant’s education, overall grade point average from the most recent two semesters or last three quarters, ACT/SAT scores (if available), honors and awards, extracurricular activities, and future educational plans.

All submissions must be received no later than 11:59pm ET on June 30, 2020.
