Introduction

Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne mobilizes resources to develop, coordinate, and support arts and culture, enhancing quality of life and economic vitality in Northeast Indiana. As part of the organization’s strategic planning efforts, Arts United wants to hear from you about how you see the arts and creative sectors in this corner of the state.

Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne is conducting this voluntary survey to learn about how you engage with the arts, what value this sector brings to our community, and how Arts United can help the creative sector going forward.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and will not ask any personally identifiable information like your name, email address, or mailing address.
