Cayman Captive Awards 2022

Thank you for choosing to take part in our 3rd annual Captive International Cayman Captive Awards 2022.

The results will be published on our website Captive International in the final quarter of the year, in our special Cayman Focus issue.

IMPORTANT

Before getting started with your nominations, please note:

• Self-nominations are permitted.
• A minimum of one nomination is required in any single category.
• You can nominate in as many categories as you wish and skip those that are not relevant.
• To navigate quickly, use the drop down menu at bottom of each page (in red) to either nominate again or exit by selecting 'Finished' from the top of the options. (Note: You must the press 'Next' button at bottom of the screen after making your selection from the drop down list.)
• Work through the nomination categories list from top to bottom - you cannot return to a category at the top of the list after you have moved on to one below it
• Please feel free to share the link to this survey with your colleagues.

The deadline for nominations is: Monday, October 17th - 5pm Pacific Time

All applications and the details therein will be kept private and only used by Captive International (Newton Media Group). Captive International will use your primary contact's email address for all follow-up correspondence.
