The Office of Multifamily Housing utilizes a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site for online application submissions. Proposal Applications for the 2023 9% Low Income Housing [Tax] Credit (LIHTC) round must be electronically submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Thursday, February 9, 2023.
 
To ensure access to our updated FTP site, organizations must register on this site. Please complete the following information to secure FTP site access. In this form, we also request project information for each application that you plan to submit. You must complete the project information form for each project (up to 4). If you do not plan to submit four projects, only complete the necessary pages.
 
This registration form is due no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. Once your organization’s FTP contact is added to our system, a username and password will be sent.
