OTA Patient Mental Health Grant Program Application

OTA leadership is pleased to continue offering program development grants for resources for patient mental and social health. Examples of program resources and processes that could be proposed include screening, evaluation, and care for mental and social health opportunities; development of peer trauma survivor mentorship programming; or initiation of trauma recovery coaching resources. Other ideas are encouraged.

Awards will be up to $5,000, but require a match from the institution to support the proposal at double the level of the proposal. The Patient Mental Health Committee is available to answer questions about this new opportunity. Grantees will also have access to task force member input, as mentors, regarding implementation challenges.

Eligibility: The principal investigator must be a member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association (in good standing).

Please note that all questions on the survey must be completed before submission. Once you begin filling out the form, you will not be able to save your progress and return later. For this reason, we recommend reviewing all questions in advance and drafting your responses in a separate document (such as Word or Google Docs) before entering them into the form to ensure a smooth and complete submission.
