March 6-8, 2020

Ten Academy teams are traveling to the Sunshine Qualifier in Orlando, FL. All families will be staying at the Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club. Hotel check-in is Thursday, Mar. 5th. Rooms are $146.34/night for a Two Bedroom Suite w/ King Bed & Two Queen Beds + a Sleeper Sofa for $121/night for a One Bedroom Suite w/ King Bed & Sleeper Sofa plus a resort fee of $22.95 and tax; self-parking is complimentary.

Wrist bands will be provided for coaches and players. Be sure to include names of all guests on the rooming list. Consult Sunshine Classic's website for wrist band information.

To book a room you will need add your team name to the reservation using the format NCVBA + Team Name (ex. 18 Diamond).

Team Codes: Please book your room by Dec. 7 at 12 noon, the hotel does not charge a deposit upon booking.
Hotel will charge full hotel costs (room rate and taxes) upon check in. 

Family-travel Teams: There is one hotel room per player. Do not use the code to book rooms for additional sets of parents or grandparents. If your family is in need of additional rooms, you may contact Krista McGivern, krista@ncacademyvb.org.
