Your opinion matters to me.

Hi.
My name is Penny Plautz and I’m really curious to find out how you feel about midlife. My blog, Midlife MacGyver, is all about the adventures we may find ourselves in at midlife.

A lot of things can happen physically, mentally, and emotionally as we enter our 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond that we are often too embarrassed, depressed, or just plain confused about to discuss with others.

So I'd really appreciate your help. I want to hear about your concerns, questions, and challenges as well as the secrets to your signature style and brand of sassiness.

As a certified fitness professional, eating psychology coach, educator, and author I am on a mission to make these middle years the most graceful, expansive, informative, and significant years so far. And I want to create the same experience for you.

If you would take a few minutes to complete this quick 10 question survey, I'd be happy to share the results with you along with some of the solutions I have shared with my clients.

If you can think of someone who might benefit from taking this survey, please share it with them as well.  My goal is to gather input from at least 100 women by the end of October. Any help in getting this out to these magnificent women is much appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your thoughtful responses. Your feedback is invaluable to me.
